The Worst Security In Las Vegas Award Goes To…… Mandalay Bay!

Sunday, June 8th, 2008

I got back into town on Thursday evening and called onto my services but got too tired before anyone actually called me. Friday I work and do quite well for my first real day back and was happy… the weekend can only get better right? Wrong.

I get a call to the Mandalay Bay from the service I work for that only deals with referrals from cab and limo drivers (their fee is a little higher) and meet up with two other girls I know quite well in the room. It’s a large bachelor party of about 10-11 guys and we pull aside the best man (who arranged the call) to a side room to collect the fee and figure out what kind of party they are looking for. One girl explains to him very clearly that this fee is not ours, we do not profit from it and only gets us there and a strip and tips determine the party… once this is collected there are no refunds (because then WE would have to pay for it!) He says it’s no problem he understands and gives the fee. We called to tell the company and proceeded to get naked for the fee. One girl started tips off a little high, I admit, but then we calmed him down to say we will start for whatever tips but we need to know what the budget is. They come back with the figure (from 10 guys) of 100-200 split between 3 girls for a full on party. Sorry but can’t do it. Two of the guys get ticked, don’t want to work things out, someone puts a chair in front of the door and watches to make sure we don’t leave with the company fee. The rest of the guys are pretty okay with what happened and said to let us leave and understand 50 bucks a girl wont cut it. We even offered to stay and dance for the bachelor privately for the small money they did have. We were calm, cool, and trying to work it out.

There’s always one asshole at every Bachelor party and this guy was a big one. He first of all interrupted any talking about working things out with “give us the fee back and you can go, if not I will first call security then Las Vegas Metro”. Wow is it really that necessary to go threaten us like that? Ten/eleven guys versus 3 girls… I think we are outnumbered. He picks up the phone and a few of the guys were just like “go”… so we did and walked down the hall. We get on the elevator and it goes down, unknown to us The Asshole had caught up to us and saw him as the doors closed. We all say split as we get off. The doors open and about 5 security guards were standing there. Holy shit.

I try and walk off around them as they snagged the other two girls as I exclaim I don’t know them. I get around the corner heading straight for the front door and a public sidewalk when a guard runs back up to me grabbing my arm exclaiming “You’re coming with me!”. I know my rights and know he just broke a few laws by forcefully grabbing me. I don’t remember what I exactly exclaimed but I did shout, “you can’t do that! You can’t touch me! I did nothing and leaving out of the door!” I put my hands up to show I wasn’t struggling and he fought back throwing my arms behind me and trying to squeeze me in handcuffs . What the hell? I said what did I do that I am being put in cuffs and he never replied. He pushed me along saying I am going to the back now for not complying. I said tell me what I have done to be taken to the back… silence. I said what am I under arrest for and he said I wasn’t under arrest. So why did I have cuffs on and being drug thru the WHOLE casino floor to the security office? How embarrassing.

So we get to the back… me in handcuffs and the other two girls have their mouths wide open that I am being led in cuffed up. We sit and wait and wait… over hearing comments of us being charged with felonies of grand larceny by Metro because the customers were pressing charges. Then we overheard one Mandalay Bay security supervisor calling us “trick rollers” and chuckling then being corrected by the police officer that we actually were not doing such a thing. We finally got to explain our side and said we don’t care about the fee and will give it back to the guys to avoid felony charges (of course). All three of us had been trespassed on an MGM property before so we all three got misdemeanor tickets for trespassing. Thankfully no one got taken to jail.

So… I am just livid about the whole security situation over there and how the walking penis of a guard handled things. I know that what happened was not done properly and totally will be making sure that asshole is reprimanded for his actions. Grrrr

Replies To The Monte Carlo Post

Sunday, June 8th, 2008

Wow back from my trip and see people responded quite a bit to my last post before I left.

Since there’s so much to reply to I’ll just make an entry and then in a separate one telling of the horrible situation I had to deal with tonight. What a welcome back to home to Vegas, experience I went through!

Whomever posted as “I”: Unfortunately there’s no easy solution to pin pointing ads on eros or some such as agencies just by looking at them. Even some single girl independent sites are run through services. You just need to call around and figure things out on your own and if the girl who answers says “I answer the phone for the girls” translates to probably being a service. Dealing with services isn’t a bad thing you just have to understand you’re in for paying a little more for someone to send you a girl like room service. Casino/nightclub girls can be an okay bet but always be cautious of who you take back and not knowing even where she came from.

DRR: I have never heard a story like that but I have heard of girls getting fake chips (like what they sell in souvenir shops) and I have had a guy try to give me a chip from a roulette table (same kind of chip for tourney’s). I completely don’t doubt a poker player trying to pull some game like that. .. thanks for reminding me to watch for the annual poker players at the Rio! Can be a good crowd 🙂

jaecyn: Wow really sorry to hear about that… sad to hear you also picked up the phone so easily and resorted to calling security. I really hate it when people don’t just say “hey I don’t like you leave” or some other lame excuse and immediately shoo the girl off. Calling security when you haven’t even given her money is kinda like tattling to your parents when your sister is bugging you. In the end it makes everyone look like an idiot by reacting that way. You did the right thing when you got the phone call from the “driver” … next time just say leave I don’t like you than resorting to such unnecessary measures.

I can’t wait to write about the horrible mess I went through tonight… can’t wait to talk to my lawyer on Monday, too.

Getting My Own Room At Monte Carlo

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

Lately I have been out of town.. and going out of town yet again tomorrow so my posts have been slim lately. Luckily on the way to my first stop on vacation a customer of mine lives in the area. I successfully reached him and made an appointment for tomorrow which will thankfully pay for my whole trip! Awesome.

Yesterday and the day before I had an interesting call from a service I work for. The phone girl called me to tell me how a guy who has been using the company for years is in town and wants a tall girl…so she thought of me! The only catch to this was he is super paranoid and wants the girl to book a separate room from his own (since he IS escaping his wife in the other hotel room). He doesn’t want to book it though and wants it in the girls name. He meets the girl somewhere in a hotel (Monte Carlo this time for me), gives them enough money to cover a room, then calls the phone girl 20-30 min later to get the room number I give to her once I deal with the front desk. Kinda odd since there is no way of getting a hold of him (wont give out a cell phone number of course) but thankfully he kept to his promise and arrived at the room I booked right on time like she said.

This brings me to one of my biggest pet peeves of guys who have previously seen a girl from the same company. The phone girl knows how much the guy tipped the previous girl (since her pay depends on the girl’s tips) and I personally have KNOWN the previous girl for a while and know what they will and will not do and for how much… yet the client STILL argues and tries to low ball me or just deny the whole transaction took place. I hate it, don’t treat me like a freaking idiot… I know a girl won’t give up a cent more than she has to just because she feels like it. Anyway this guy tried low balling me saying he wanted to finish more than once with full service both times and just wasn’t giving me enough money for the time I would have to spend. Then he argued about how much he would spend, etc etc… I hate putting myself in a position that I could come off an ungrateful person and ruin the whole call. Thankfully he realized that I was serious and said he would quit debating things… and booked the next night as well.

I’ll try to keep up on my trip with my blog… I can’t promise too much though hehe. Lots of fun will be going on.

A Good Article, A Bad Friday Night, and The Chicken Ranch Experience

Tuesday, May 6th, 2008

A friend of mine recently found this article about how prostitution and the escort economy is going. I was pretty shocked that such a high profile business magazine would right an article about the escort business and how much of money goes into it and how many man actually participate (I think the figure is a little on the light side… it says 700,000 men when I believe they get that in the western half of the U.S. alone). It breaks down everything from the typical average joe wanting to blow a little cash to the middle of the road client who pays for dinner and the date afterwards, and finally to the high roller who jets his date around the world in his airplane while distracting the wife at home with a spa treatment. I found humor in it since they pinned it pretty good (and the pricing as well though I would say the average client spends more here in Las Vegas on an escort than say… Miami). I applaud them for actually including it into the economy.

Anyway… I had an up and down weekend along followed with a good Monday. Friday night was terrible. I had made some money on two calls and I went to the MGM Signature section and saw a British couple. I collected the fee and they seemed to agree and completely understand what was going on and that I worked off of tips. Unfortunately, after getting naked and dancing, they didn’t want to tip very much (the company’s fee was the same amount as what they wanted to spend which just isn’t fair) and wanted some crazy threesome. Sorry but I just couldn’t stay… so I try to get them a cheaper girl and they freak. They don’t want me they don’t want anyone they just want the fee back. Its non refundable just as I told them before collecting it and I get on the phone with the girl at the agency who booked the call and as I put my phone down the guy grabs it and says, “Let me talk to her!” I said please give me back my phone that is my property. He refuses and hangs up on the phone girl. He says give me the money back or you don’t get your phone. I try calling from the room phone they wont let me. Every time I pick up the room phone to try and call my boss (and my friend) and he hangs it up from the other phone in the room. I am stuck and this goes on for like half an hour until he picks up the phone, calls security and says that someone has broken into his room and needs help. I freak out… I would have called security first but I am officially trespassing by being on an MGM property so when they see my ID I am screwed (and perhaps be arrested). I would have left my phone (if it was backed up recently and I have insurance so it would have cost me $50) and chunked the one he had in the tub and walked out. I was just stuck and macing 2 people ganging up on me is next to impossible without knowing some sort of fighting skills. Sigh…

Saturday I spent at the Chicken Ranch for the Sin City Chamber of Commerce’s annual Chili Cookoff and Golf Tournament. Quite a lot of fun and I was running on no sleep after that horrible event the night before (what I SHOULD have done kept racing through my head over and over). Had quite a bit of fun and beers and was surprised to meet Amanda from texasgoldengirl.com and a representative from Desiree Alliance. I wish I had been a bit more talkative and gotten a chance to get some interviews from the working girls at the Ranch but alas, I kind of was shy and didn’t get take the opportunity. All I know is I have a better understanding of what girls charge and how I don’t sound so ridiculous now charging what I do in Las Vegas. It’s just too far of a drive for a brothel, in my opinion.
