Tips For Booking An Escort Online in Las Vegas

Monday, March 24th, 2008

I saw a comment someone posted (number 6) on this entry and thought, “Hey that would be a good idea for a post!” At first I thought it was spam but I don’t think it is… well whatever the case is it gave me a good idea. Basically the person listed a whole bunch of sites which are not related to each other (some are owned by the same agencies though) and asked which ones would be good to deal with and which ones had their real girls pictured, etc. I wont list these sites again because, hey, they are my competition! What I will do is give some pointers to people who do shop around on the web for escorts and maybe how to save a little cash.

Escort web sites in Las Vegas are a dime a dozen. There are some companies that own several sites as a group but unless you really know the owners personally, you might not know that from just looking at them. For the most part, the girls on these websites are just models. Due to sketchy owners around Las Vegas in the past I don’t sign model releases so that my pictures will go on their site for fear if I quit working there my picture will stay there, plus a lot of girls are scared they will be found by friends or family. There is no guarantee that I will even actually get the calls from my ad on their site so why bother? I have independent ventures of my own and would like to keep it that way. Usually what happens is the phone girl tries to match up the girl in the picture with a girl who looks very similar to the model the guy is requesting. Some people are honest about this practice and some just take the chance. Some guys understand, some get pissed and won’t let the girl into the room. I understand if a guy gets pissed because you’re starting the whole thing off on a lie.

Eros, at least for Las Vegas, is a hit or miss. I have my own personal ads on there along with some of the girls but I would say approximately 50% or more at models that ring a number to an agencies office. Usually when the girl says “it’s $250-$300 to reserve your time up to an hour and get me naked” it’s probably a service. When I get calls I quote my minimum to start and tell them how that isn’t a fee but any other entertainment I can discuss in person and it goes up from there. If we don’t work something out then no hard feelings… just gas money would be nice. I have never had anyone turn me down once they met me 🙂

My hint for saving money? If you are for sure you are dealing with a service (don’t try this if you aren’t sure) then try to talk the fee down and see if they will still send you a girl. It may or may not work depending on the company or the phone girl. It leaves more money for you to tip for what you really want.

Another tip… if you find a website that you like and want a girl, the best way I think to get a girl you like is just give the phone girl a description of what you want. If the girl who shows up isn’t what you like, they can always try again. After all they want to make you happy and spend your money, of course.

Most annoying thing to me? Is when I explain I am 100% independent and tell them there isn’t a fee just to show up, they argue or hang up. Don’t always assume the girl is from a service!

Well… I haven’t been working much lately this week due to an out of town visitor followed by a respiratory infection. Yuck. I sound lovely.

So Pranksters Are Still On The Lose Calling Escorts In Las Vegas

Wednesday, March 12th, 2008

I guess thats what comes with being more popular. Ah well its worth it in the end when it comes down to business.

So today was the latest prankster from New Mexico who talked faster than anything I have ever heard plus his heavy hispanic accent made me say “huh” and “what” every two seconds. After finally understanding him he wanted to be “friends” with me and talk on the phone. Sorry but no can do. I asked if he was coming to Vegas and he replied with “maybe”. I said when you are for sure and here in Vegas I would love to come see you but until then, I’m sorry I can’t chat on the phone. I come home to get ready for the day and he calls back again saying that he wants to come to Las Vegas but isn’t sure and “how much for a blow job”. I explain that prostitution is illegal and my normal speech and he asked me yet again after that. I hung up. Called back AGAIN and I just made sure he would never call again so I was silly and said I was going to call the cops if he did it again. Heh well it worked!

The funniest call this week? Oklahoma boy with a strong accent calls up on a Saturday at 3pm asking an odd request:
“I would just like someone to come over, wax my eyebrows and talk dirty in my ear”
I could barely hold back a laugh. I said I can definitely do the second request but not the first because well… I am an escort not and aesthetician! He said “well why not? I am not asking for sex I just want my eyebrows waxed and talked dirty to!” Again I repeated I can’t fulfill that request… and he said back:
“Well what kind of entertainer are you?!”
I hung up. I have to say that was about the funniest call.

So this week is convention season galore! March and such is known for the heavy conventioneer traffic plus spring break students (I am not too fond of) and March Madness. This week has been ConExpo (construction guys love hot girls), ShoWest (stage and production convention who also like hot girls) and some other smaller nerdy computer conventions.
Hope tonight is another good one!

Hookers for Jesus: Different Side of The Sex Industry

Thursday, February 21st, 2008

I am always reading the local news here in Las Vegas to find stories or news related to the prostitution/strippers/adult entertainment that goes on in this city. I recently stumbled upon this article in the Review Journal about Hookers for Jesus. What is that all about, I thought.

I had heard about this girl or group of girls having their booth at the AVN (porn) convention this January but was baffled by it. I am not one for people forcing religion on those who don’t care to hear it, but at least this girl seems to have ulterior motives besides getting hookers to go to church on Sunday. Her main point to doing what she does is to get girls out of the business. I know that most girls that I work with have pimps, and I too wish I could help them get out of that trap. As much as I would like to see those girls be on their own, I wouldn’t want to deal with the drama that comes along with it. At least the girl, Annie Lobert, is brave enough to help people who want to truly leave the business on their own.

Anyway, its an interesting article and the poor girl has been through a lot in her life. I was shocked at the amount of things that have been thrown in her way. I also didn’t know that our current Sheriff was head of vice back in the late 80’s… I hope he doesn’t try to relive those days again!

So.. not much going around here. Had a friend in from out of town this past week which made my computer and blog feel very unloved. Sorry 🙁

Need Tax Help? Las Vegas CPA Getting Creative

Sunday, February 10th, 2008

Okay to make up for my lacking picture posts I will post two, today. One of me and one of the funniest advertising I have seen for anything related to this industry.

I went to drop off a fee at an office that is upstairs of a building that mainly rents to outcall services and houses the office for Sapphire Strip Club. Due to zoning restrictions and few locations available near the Strip, there aren’t many places these businesses can rent and get the necessary license to operate from the city of Las Vegas. So I walk upstairs and there is the directory for the businesses and underneath it is taped this sign:

I read it (since who doesn’t need tax help in this industry?) and started laughing out loud. What a brave man to advertise his services to prostitutes in such a manner! Funny thing is he might offend more than get business from girls who are in fact, hoes, but rather be called a different word. I am still giggling
