Replies To The Monte Carlo Post

Sunday, June 8th, 2008

Wow back from my trip and see people responded quite a bit to my last post before I left.

Since there’s so much to reply to I’ll just make an entry and then in a separate one telling of the horrible situation I had to deal with tonight. What a welcome back to home to Vegas, experience I went through!

Whomever posted as “I”: Unfortunately there’s no easy solution to pin pointing ads on eros or some such as agencies just by looking at them. Even some single girl independent sites are run through services. You just need to call around and figure things out on your own and if the girl who answers says “I answer the phone for the girls” translates to probably being a service. Dealing with services isn’t a bad thing you just have to understand you’re in for paying a little more for someone to send you a girl like room service. Casino/nightclub girls can be an okay bet but always be cautious of who you take back and not knowing even where she came from.

DRR: I have never heard a story like that but I have heard of girls getting fake chips (like what they sell in souvenir shops) and I have had a guy try to give me a chip from a roulette table (same kind of chip for tourney’s). I completely don’t doubt a poker player trying to pull some game like that. .. thanks for reminding me to watch for the annual poker players at the Rio! Can be a good crowd 🙂

jaecyn: Wow really sorry to hear about that… sad to hear you also picked up the phone so easily and resorted to calling security. I really hate it when people don’t just say “hey I don’t like you leave” or some other lame excuse and immediately shoo the girl off. Calling security when you haven’t even given her money is kinda like tattling to your parents when your sister is bugging you. In the end it makes everyone look like an idiot by reacting that way. You did the right thing when you got the phone call from the “driver” … next time just say leave I don’t like you than resorting to such unnecessary measures.

I can’t wait to write about the horrible mess I went through tonight… can’t wait to talk to my lawyer on Monday, too.

Getting My Own Room At Monte Carlo

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

Lately I have been out of town.. and going out of town yet again tomorrow so my posts have been slim lately. Luckily on the way to my first stop on vacation a customer of mine lives in the area. I successfully reached him and made an appointment for tomorrow which will thankfully pay for my whole trip! Awesome.

Yesterday and the day before I had an interesting call from a service I work for. The phone girl called me to tell me how a guy who has been using the company for years is in town and wants a tall girl…so she thought of me! The only catch to this was he is super paranoid and wants the girl to book a separate room from his own (since he IS escaping his wife in the other hotel room). He doesn’t want to book it though and wants it in the girls name. He meets the girl somewhere in a hotel (Monte Carlo this time for me), gives them enough money to cover a room, then calls the phone girl 20-30 min later to get the room number I give to her once I deal with the front desk. Kinda odd since there is no way of getting a hold of him (wont give out a cell phone number of course) but thankfully he kept to his promise and arrived at the room I booked right on time like she said.

This brings me to one of my biggest pet peeves of guys who have previously seen a girl from the same company. The phone girl knows how much the guy tipped the previous girl (since her pay depends on the girl’s tips) and I personally have KNOWN the previous girl for a while and know what they will and will not do and for how much… yet the client STILL argues and tries to low ball me or just deny the whole transaction took place. I hate it, don’t treat me like a freaking idiot… I know a girl won’t give up a cent more than she has to just because she feels like it. Anyway this guy tried low balling me saying he wanted to finish more than once with full service both times and just wasn’t giving me enough money for the time I would have to spend. Then he argued about how much he would spend, etc etc… I hate putting myself in a position that I could come off an ungrateful person and ruin the whole call. Thankfully he realized that I was serious and said he would quit debating things… and booked the next night as well.

I’ll try to keep up on my trip with my blog… I can’t promise too much though hehe. Lots of fun will be going on.

Las Vegas Escort Agencies: How Do They Really Work?

Wednesday, May 14th, 2008

I have a lot of customers who see me through agencies I work for who are confused and a lot of times want to argue about what and what I do not make out of initial fees. Lately the trend is for people to argue that I am lying about how much of the fee they paid do I actually keep. When I tell them honestly I make nothing out of it they cry bullshit and sometimes it ends up souring my mood when people want to argue right off the bat. I mean if a fee is a couple of hundred dollars and the girl actually got to keep a portion of it then it would be along the lines of $50 which barely fills up a tank of gas these days…

So my point to all of this is to share with people how things really break down here in Las Vegas with escort services compared to other cities. Things work differently everywhere you go when trying to find an escort whether in the U.S. or abroad and hopefully I can explain things that go on behind-the-scenes with agencies.

Each company works a little differently but all around they generally follow the same guidelines:

Company #1: One of the main companies I work for relies solely on the referral business from cab drivers, limo drivers, and VIP hosts. Since cabbies and the like can be tough to deal with this company has been forced to raise their fees up over the years that I have worked for them. Their fee is now $250-$300. Yea it’s nuts and it does sometimes cause problems when customers really don’t believe that I walk away with any of that amount. Believe me I don’t! This is how it breaks down:

$250 fee collected = Cabbie gets $200 of it + $50 goes to owner of the company
Girl is tipped lets say $400 = 20% to the phone girl who booked the call and depending on the tip the company gets what’s called a “bring up” of $25. The more the entertainer gets tipped… the more the “bring up” is. Each company has their own “bring up” levels.

In the end, this example of a call gets split up like this
Cabbie= $200
Owner= $75
Phone Girl= $80
Entertainer= $295

Company #2: This example applies to a number of other companies I work for. They advertise by handing out those cards on the strip, magazines in the racks on the road, mobile billboard trucks, and the internet.

The fees range from $100 a girl to $250 depending on the where the customer found the advertisement and can be lowered depending on the circumstances. This fee goes 100% back to the company. The entertainer works off of tips after the fee is collected and is up to the girl to negotiate that of course. Some of these types of companies charge 10% for the bring up and 20% goes to the phone girl.

For example if a girl made $500 tip and picked up a $150 fee it would break down like this:
Owner/Company= $200 ($150 fee + $50 from the 10% “bring up”)
Phone Girl = $100
Entertainer = $350

So why do I work for agencies? You can read that in my previous post about questions asked repeatedly… In the end I just can’t solely live off of my internet bookings. After all this is a town where people act on impulse not necessarily something they would plan as much as if they were back home.
